Chattanooga Resident Wins Big With Pratt Home Builders and St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway

July 11, 2011 - PRLog -- On June 26th, 2011 Carolyn Zimmerman of  Signal Mountain was announced as grand-prize winner of a newly built home valued at approximately $300,000 during the Fifth annual St. Jude Dream Home giveaway in Chattanooga, TN. The winning ticket was pulled from 7,093 tickets during a live broadcast on WRCB Channel 3 on June 26, 2011.

Mrs. Zimmerman’s prize house is located in the Amber Brook Gardens subdivision in Hixson. It was built by Pratt Home Builders with support from JHP Contracting, ProBuild, USA Ready Mix and various suppliers and housing subcontractors.  Local St. Jude patients drew the winners of 14 other prizes other prizes, including a $1,000 Target gift card, courtesy of Jody Millard Pest Control, $1,000 in goods and services, courtesy of A Better You Day Spa & Salon, and a $1,000 gift certificate, courtesy of Hops Fun Factory.

The St. Jude Dream Home giveaway raised $709,500 for research and treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
