Joyce Ann Betts, a Chicago resident, is an Associate Minister, former Youth Director, youth Sunday school teacher, church photographer, choir member, former Boys Scout den leader and LSC member.  Betts always believed God's angels were protecting her as a child and throughout her adult life.  She spends her time trying to tell other young people about what God can do and is doing for them.
