The Laughing Lotus Lands in Sag Harbor Master Class with Dana Flynn at Yoga Shanti
Sag Harbor's Yoga Shanti studio brings Master teacher Dana Flynn to teach In a class titled “The Movement is the Medicine”.
“We will move our bodies and celebrate the body as temple,” says Dana, known as the “Janis Joplin of yoga.” Incorporating Sufi wisdom and the whirl of the dervish, Dana invites you to free yourself, be yourself, and move like yourself.
“Dana Flynn is rocking the yoga house as usual. She is the wild and crazy wisdom voice that is so necessary in our sometimes solemn world of yoga,” says Senior Teacher, Rodney Yee. “Steeped in strong practice and wonderful teachings she has etched a place for herself in this yoga revolution.”
“I’m thrilled to be sharing my offering, Lotus Flow, with the Yoga Shanti community. To be asked by Rodney, one of my first teachers, to participate in the Master series is indeed an honor,” says Dana, “particularly amongst such a roster of talent.”
