Charles Dunn Company Completes 21,062 SF Lease Valued at $2 Million with APAIT in Los Angeles

APAIT positively affects the quality of life for Asian and Pacific Islanders living with or at-risk for HIV/AIDS by providing a continuum of prevention, health and social services, community leadership and advocacy to the Southern California region. The property is located at 1730 W. Olympic Blvd. near the major cross street of Union Avenue, adjacent to Downtown Los Angeles.

According to Runyen, APAIT is expanding out of its space in Downtown Los Angeles. In its new space it is adding a full-service medical clinic and pharmacy to serve the local community. APAIT just moved into its new space this month. The 88,000 square foot building offers abundant parking and easy freeway access to the 5, 10, 101 and 110 freeways.
