SBS Group Attains Microsoft Dynamics CRM Silver Competency

July 7, 2011 - PRLog -- SBS Group, a leading technology consulting firm, has officially achieved a Silver Competency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) through Microsoft’s Partner Network.  This competency further demonstrates SBS’ extensive capabilities in providing implementation, consulting and support services for Microsoft’s customer relationship management solution known as Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

This accomplishment marks the third in a series of Microsoft competencies SBS Group attained in 2011. The Microsoft Partner Network continues to significantly increase the requirements to their certification processes. As a result, partners are investing in improving consulting skills, implementation methodology and customer references to stay ahead of the curve.  Earlier in the year, SBS also earned a Silver competency for Portals and Collaboration and a Gold Competency for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
