Bridgeport Village Announces Camp Bridgeport Schedule

July 5, 2011 - PRLog -- TIGARD, Ore. – Bridgeport Village, Portland’s premiere shopping and dining destination, announces the 2011 Camp Bridgeport schedule.

Taking place in the large gazebo in the middle of the center, Camp Bridgeport is a free event for kids, with entertainment provided by Radio Disney, every Wednesday July 6 – August 24 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Camp offers kids the chance to get up and move around, dance, sing, play games and win prizes. Kids and parents can also enjoy free balloons and surprises from the Guest Services kiosk, as well as the large playground area next to the gazebo.

2011 Camp Bridgeport Schedule:
•   July 6 – Mad Science inspires learning through exploration of science.
•   July 13 – Through physical and brain-boosting activities geared toward building confidence, The Little Gym offers fun for all-ages.
•   July 20 – Aaron Nigel Smith delights youngsters with music and an interactive show.
•   July 26 – Touring the country, Dragon Theater Puppets brings professional puppetry to Bridgeport with a unique live show.
•   August 3 – Gymboree Play & Music fosters creativity through play and parent involvement.
•   August 10 – From finger-painting to clay modeling, My Masterpiece Art Studio invites kids to expresses themselves through art.
•   August 17 – Cook up some kid-approved, healthy foods with Kitchen Kids Culinary Camp.
•   August 24 – Get moving with MVP Dance Elite; kids will learn some new moves from professional dancers.

Each week, Dragon Theater Puppets will have princesses on-site giving away free face painting and balloons.
