Dance the Day Away at Finnfest’s Ballroom Dance Competition

July 5, 2011 - PRLog -- It’s time to break out those dancing shoes! On Saturday, August 13, FinnFest 2011 will host a Ballroom Dance Competition in the Town & Country Resort Hotel’s Regency Ballroom.
Competition dances will include American Smooth, International Standard, American Rhythm and International Latin. In addition to these ballroom styles, participants are invited to compete in traditional Finnish dance contest categories, including Finnish Tango, Humppa, Jenkka and Finnish Polka.
Ticket prices for participants are $50 per person for unlimited dances in one category. There will be a $5 entrance fee for spectators.
