This unique data capture device is equipped with high-speed wireless technology for immediate voice and data communication, as well as a software-definable radio for switching between cellular carriers to receive the best possible connectivity and real-time access to global data.  GPS technology allows for faster data acquisition and better tracking while on the road.  Adaptus® Imaging Technology 6.0 is integrated into the device, providing faster decoding, enhanced motion tolerance and longer reading distance on high density linear bar codes, 2D bar codes and bar codes on mobile device screens.  The 99EX runs on Microsoft’s latest operating system, Windows Embedded Handheld 6.5.
