3river3 Studios Releases Archers Online

July 5, 2011 - PRLog -- 3river3 Studios announced the release of their application Archers Online to Apple’s App Store on Friday.

Archers Online allows two players to duel each other in turn-based gameplay over the internet. Players take turns firing arrows and avoiding objects as they attempt to eliminate their opponent.

The application features two game modes: Tutorial and Multiplayer. In Tutorial mode, players can learn about the game’s central concepts without the pressure of facing an actual opponent. Additionally, the game’s developer plans to integrate a full single-player campaign in a future update.

Archers Online keeps track of the player’s progress and rewards them with coins for successful matches. By earning coins, players can unlock additional weapons and characters.

The application is for free a limited time and is being publishing by Alkyne Studios. The game is compatible with the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad with OS 4.1 or higher.
