RetailBaltic has started a new project aimed at attracting new investors to Latvia

July 5, 2011 - PRLog -- In the Latvian market, this type of survey is an innovation. Even though, at present there are more than ten modern shopping centres in Riga, a single informative overview giving the most essential information about all of them still is not available. Furthermore, the information in the shopping centres’ websites is of various quality, as often data that are relevant for investors cannot be found or are incomplete.  

The survey will provide general information regarding shopping centres such as total floor space, gross leasable area, number of visitors, number and layout of stores as well as more specific information like recent marketing marketing activities. The following shopping centres of Riga have been included: Alfa, Dole, Domina, Galleria Azur, Galleria Centrs, Galleria Riga, Mols, Origo, Riga Plaza, Sky&More, Spice and Spice Home.

The aim of the survey is to create an informative report which already this fall will be presented to potential European investors. This report will significantly increase the opportunities of attracting new foreign investors and property developers to the Latvian retail market.
