Alejandro Franco and Alexandre Pacchiele Join TRANSEARCH International Executive Search in Miami

July 4, 2011 - PRLog -- Alejandro Franco is the Senior Client Partner for Renewable Energy Industry in the Miami office. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH Latin America, Alejandro co-founded Omnigenus Energy, a consulting firm for renewable energy focusing in Latin America and promoting viable and proven renewable green technologies for the production of energy. Previous to his career in Executive Search, Alejandro held jobs in the wealth management industry where he acquired extensive experience in the Sales and Marketing of offshore investments, including Mutual Funds and Fixed Income products. Alejandro holds a B.A. in Economics from San Francisco State University, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami.

Alexandre Pacchiele specialises in Supply Chain, Industry and Services markets and has over 18 years of experience in change management, human resources and labour relations; he has a solid background in leadership development and talent management. Alexandre has extensive experience in the executive search industry, having led numerous projects in Brazil for national and multinational companies for C-level and senior management. He has participated in several start ups, mergers & acquisitions and privatisation processes and has held executive human resources roles in South America in the Telecom, Automotive, Foods & Beverage and Supply Chain industries as well as the Maritime, Railroad and Port Terminals segments. He holds a B.A. in Law by Catholic University of Santos/SP and is a registered Lawyer by Brazilian Lawyer Organisation (OAB/SP).  In addition, he has an MBA in human resources management from Sao Paulo University (USP) and a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University.
