Mr. Vondran is a real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy lawyer who has been fighting for the rights of property owners facing foreclosure for the past several years.

“The purpose of the website is to help property owners facing foreclosure by providing unbiased video-based intel from the foreclosure trenches” says Attorney Steve Vondran.  “We have sought to share our knowledge gained in the civil and bankruptcy courts, and to provide tips, insights and strategies that seeks to separate the fact from the fiction.”

In addition to assisting homeowners facing foreclosure, the site also seeks to train other California and Arizona attorneys who are either new attorneys; attorneys seeking further background in the area of foreclosure litigation; or attorneys seeking lateral career moves.  While the training for attorneys is not yet approved for CLE credits, the plan is to seek the ability to offer CLE credits in the near future.
