The International Business Park is strategically located with easy access to the Pan-American Highway, Panama Canal, Balboa Port, and a 15-minute drive to downtown Panama City. Ware Malcomb’s Panama Office provided master planning, architectural, civil engineering, and core interior design services for the 26-hectare logistics, multi-modal, business and distribution park, which provides more than 100,000 square meters of office space and 22,000 square meters of industrial space to the region. Ware Malcomb also provided master planning and architectural design services for the PanAmerica Corporate Center comprised of 11 buildings on 88 hectares.
