June 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya, is one of the most popular and probably the highest visited city in East Africa. It is not only because of its tourist attractions but also because of the many fine facilities that it provides. Tourists grab flights to Nairobi Kenya not just to enjoy the wonderments of the city but also to lead expeditions to other parts of East Africa.

The Kenyan capital has many offerings for its visitors but it is particularly known for its nature reserves. Most visitors to Nairobi keep safari treks and interactions with wildlife when visiting it. Since all the safari parks and nature reserves in the city require payment for entrance, tourists most tend to cash cheap flights to Kenya and save money for easy spending there. Some of the most popular and amazing places in Nairobi where interaction with animals remain simply mind blowing are Nairobi National Park, Giraffe Center, Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and Ol Donyo Sabuk National Park. In Nairobi National Park is situated outside the vicinity of the Kenyan capital but can be easily approached through flights to Kenya . It is home to wildebeest, lion, cheetah, zebra, buffalo, giraffe, rhino and hippo as well as a wide range of birdlife. The national park is quite comprehensive with an educational center and a safari walk and simply worth a visit. One of the best things to have happened to the city is Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage that shelters calves and rhinos who got orphaned through poaching.

If cheap flights to Kenya  are found and money is available for donation here, it would be great. As clear by its name, the Giraffe Center is a place where the endangered Rothschild Giraffe is sheltered and bred. A large population of warthogs can also be found here and Giraffe center is also home to many conservation and educational programs for children. People who manage to get flights to Nairobi must visit this fabulous spot. Ol Donyo Sabuk National Park is home to a wonderful natural setting that comprises of plain land as well as a mountain forest. It houses a large population of buffalo alongside bushbuck, leopard, duiker, Colobus monkeys and a large variety of birds.

Nairobi has numerous other nature reserves such as Tana River, 14 Falls and Uhuru Gardens where Kenya’s splendid flora and fauna can be seen in addition to what nature has bestowed it with. Sights and sounds to check out in the city are numerous but a holiday can be made way more perfected if cheap flights to Kenya  are cashed.
