June 25, 2011 Bologna, Italy - Bluone Food and Wine Tours, the premier operator of specialized food and wine tours of Italy, was recognized by TripAdvisor with the coveted Certificate of Excellence Award in recognition achieving an average 5-star reviews, the highest possible score, from customers of their Italian food and wine tours and cooking classes. TripAdvisor annually recognizes travel companies and tour operators who achieve a minimum 4-star average reviews from customers on their travel resource site.

Bluone Italian Food and Wine Tours caters to seasoned travels seeking to discover the culinary richness of Italy. Never more than 8-10 people, the tours are four to six days in duration in lesser-known Italian regions of significant culinary importance including Emilia Romagna, Umbria, Le Marche and Piedmont. Italian specialties such as Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto di Parma, balsamic vinegar of Modena and local small production Italian wines and olive oils are featured as part of the tour and menus.

Bluone cooking tours in Italy, founded in 1995, is a regularly licenced tour operator based in Bologna, managed by Marcello and Raffaella Tori. Married since 1980, Marcello and Raffaella have three children, Emanuele, Francesca and Tommaso.
