-- Texas author David Martin Anderson will be signing his latest novel, THE LAST GOOD HORSE, at Hastings Books, Grand Island, Nebraska on Sunday evening (6:00PM), July 31, it was announced today by ConRoca Publishing. "We're so pleased that this collaborative effort with the Hastings organization continues into the great state of Nebraska. It will be the second-to-the-
last stop on Dave's twenty-store tour," commented ConRoca Publishing's Editor-in-Chief, Kevin Abreu. "Nebraska is next door to where Dave grew up in the 1950s and 1960s." Abreu observed. "We now have four Hastings bookstores as part of the two-month tour. 'The Last Good Horse' is truly an exceptional epic novel. Sales should flourish at all of the locations where Dave will be stopping." Anderson's latest novel (historical fiction set in 1939) deals with the slaughter of Montana's last mustang herds. It has won rave reviews and national endorsements. The novel was a 2010 finalist for the William Faulkner-Wisdom award and has been nominated for an IPPY award for best historical fiction of 2011.
