Pearson Buchholz Acquire Witney Accountancy Firm

June 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Oxfordshire based chartered accountants and registered auditors, Pearson Buchholz, are pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of TME Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, a Witney based accountancy firm. Pearson Buchholz provide a full range of services relating to accountancy, and the acquisition of TME is sure to strengthen their position in the Oxfordshire market.

Following the acquisition, the Board welcomes a new director, Ian Woollard. Formerly the Managing Director of TME, he oversees the formation of a new division of Pearson Buchholz; Business Services encompassing online accounting through the Xero platform. Xero is a software interface which allows accountants and clients to share data that is stored in the cloud, making access and collaboration easier than ever.
