June 27, 2011 - PRLog -- On 19th of June 2011 at 10:07 am home alone Mdm. Ying from North Bridge Road activated her eAlert! Pendant emergency button. Our 24/7 Call Centre picked up her distress call in seconds and urgently went on a rescue SOP. They immediately call for an assigned care giver to check on her and summoned for an ambulance. In just 38 minutes an ambulance picked Mdm. Ying up and rushed her to a nearest hospital.

Today, she is recovering from Ren Ci Hospital after spending a few days at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. We wish her a speedy recovery and a return to independent living.
