Young teens Josie Passantino and Lenore Luca along with advocate teen for abstinence Michelle Faile will travel to Nashville to bring knowledge hope and invitations to teens to be inspired and a part of their journey that dreams can come true if you remain positive and work hard to achieve their goals.
Passantino and Luca will add a segment to their already successful programs to assist other teens meet their goals by mentoring them on the program and assisting with mentoring with those who specialize in the field of their dream. Success is the name of the game says McKinney if our youth are educated and prepared and positive there is nothing they can not do or achieve. That is our purpose and are calling as we do it with music a language we all can truly understand and who better to do it than the master of his craft Grammy artist Skyler Jett. A humanitarian and an expert in the field of songwriting, vocal production and as a award winning vocalist. Jett whose passion has always been music and the future of the youth in our society reaches for them with song. Recently, I have had the pleasure of being part of a mission to make a huge difference using music as an educator. In my quest to reaching out to political leaders my shock was in their response. Though they were encouraging, they did not show interest in supporting the solution, I had in good faith brought to them. One that carried facts, statistics and merit. After my rejection had settled I began to ponder the thought and questions began to arise. When did leading mean you had to wait for others and then follow? When is it okay to allow our children to die on American streets? Or, to cutback their education, and allow Teachers to lose their jobs? When is it okay to create homelessness in America. And more importantly, when is it okay to turn away what very well could be the solution to save mankind and its future.
Where are our proud our brave, and our courageous? Where are our men to lead our families and support our communities? And where are our Political leaders that took an oath to support, care, and lead our country?
Finally what part of our Constitution are we honoring?
