Ourisman Fairfax Toyota Announces Toyota Grad Essay Contest

June 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Money might not be the key to happiness, but for recent college graduates it can definitely help relieve some stress. To honor college graduates for their recent academic achievement, Ourisman Toyota, a Fairfax Toyota dealership, is proud to announce that Toyota Financial Services is giving away five $1,000 cash prizes to each Grand Prize Winner in its College Grad Essay Contest.

College graduates who recently received a two- or four-year degree from an accredited program are encouraged to submit their original 100-word essay to the TFS College Grad Essay Contest website, https://toyotagradcontest.com/. Essays will be posted on the website and voted on publicly.

At the end of the voting period, the 10 essays receiving the most votes will be evaluated by a panel of TFS judges, based on creativity, inspiration, and ideation. From these 10 essays, TFS judges will determine the five Grand Prize Winners. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize, which can be used any way they would like—from paying off student loans to taking a fun vacation, even putting a down on a new Toyota.

Toyota did not forget about recent graduates who do not enjoy writing. Non-essayists also have a chance to score great prizes in the College Grad Essay Contest by simply registering and voting. During the two voting periods, June 16 to July 13 and July 15 to August 11, 200 Instant Prize winners will be randomly selected.

Registered essay participants and voters are also eligible for the TFS College Grad Essay Contest Sweepstakes, where one random winner will win $1,000. Participants can vote daily to receive additional entries into both the instant prize drawings and the sweepstakes.
