The Balancing Act on Lifetime Seeks Content Partners for ‘Fitness 411’ Series Airing in October

Senior Associate Producer, Lee Kaplan of The Balancing Act TV show, is looking for in show brand integration partners to assist in developing The Balancing Act storyline for their exciting new series—‘Fitness 411’.  This series will be the perfect complement to one of the most popular segments on The Balancing Act, “The Daily Dose,” which features leading fitness expert and exercise guru— Denise Austin.  The new series ‘Fitness 411’ will air weekly starting in October, 2011 on the premiere women’s morning show on Lifetime.

Within this series, The Balancing Act will highlight some of the newest fitness routines that will get everyone up and moving, as well as some of the newest exercise equipment in the market today.  The ‘Fitness 411’ series will also touch on key health trends and issues, share important health and exercise routines, and will even showcase a number of delicious and healthy dishes for the viewers to create at home.
