Gooseberry Patch Launches New Series of Cooking Videos: 'In the Kitchen with Vickie & Jo Ann'
New series of free step-by-step cooking demonstration videos to complement Ohio-based independent publisher's line of best-selling homestyle cookbooks
By: Gooseberry Patch
"For more than 20 years, our readers have enjoyed recreating our tried and true recipes in their own kitchens," says Martin. "Now, they can follow us step-by-step while we bake, sizzle, blend, stir, chop, taste, and have lots of fun!"
"From garden lunches to summertime dinners, tailgating snacks to holiday treats, we’ll be bringing you delicious dishes for every season, straight from the Gooseberry Patch kitchen," says Hutchins. "It’s simple and delicious homestyle cooking, like Mom and Grandma used to make."
Martin and Hutchins have cooked up a baker's dozen of recipes to launch the series. From Creamy BLT Dip and Goalpost Apple Slaw, to Coffee Cream Brownies and Vickie's Tomato-Basil Pie, there's an easy-to-prepare dish for every cook and every occasion. Complete recipes are presented in a simple step-by-step format, along with a link to an easy-to-print recipe.
"We’ll be sharing new recipes all the time, so check back often for more dishes that bring family and friends to the table," promises Martin.
Gooseberry Patch, based in Columbus, Ohio, has published more than 200 cookbooks full of thousands of recipes shared by home cooks all across the United States and around the world. Recipes are also shared via the Online Recipe Box on at http://www.gooseberrypatch.com, which is brimming with thousands of free recipes for easy reference.
Martin and Hutchins, frequent guests on the local Columbus, Ohio morning show "Good Day Columbus," created the series to share their enthusiasm for Gooseberry Patch recipes with a larger national audience.
