Honeycomb Creative Develops New Website for General Contractor Double V Construction Ltd.

Founded in 1972, Double V Construction has firmly established itself as a general contractor able to successfully manage a diverse range of construction projects right from the pre-construction phase through to post-construction. With its ever-growing list of successfully completed projects, Double V chose Honeycomb Creative to develop a new website to showcase the diversity of its project work.

“Double V needed an up-to-date website that could show potential clients the range of its work through project images and descriptions,” explains Allen Haslinger, Honeycomb Creative's Marketing Project Manager. “But at the same time, it needed to be able to easily update and maintain project information in-house.”

To keep all its website content up-to-date, Honeycomb Creative implemented Sitemanager, its custom backend content management system. Sitemanager is a quick and convenient way for Double V Construction to manage editable website content without risk of breaking the new website. With an Internet connection and a web browser, Double V's administration staff can publish new project tenders, update the company's projects list, add new project photos or anything else that they want to share with their website visitors via Sitemanager

“By regularly updating their website content with new announcements and project information, Double V will, over time, improve its search engine ranking and provide its associates, clients and sub contractors with information they need to forge a strong business relationship,” said Haslinger.

In addition to a secure backend content management system and project gallery, Honeycomb Creative also developed a password-protected Current Tenders section. In the Current Tenders section, Double V's approved sub-contractors can view project tender information and download tender files.
