By: Lalit Arrive to the interview 5 minutes before time. Do not have a seat until the interviewers ask you to do so. It is important to show the utmost respect in this type of setting. When sitting in your seat, sit at the upper half of the chair with your hands on your lap. Do not cross your legs during an interview because it may indicate a lack of seriousness on your part. Be sure to look at all interviewers during the interview. Looking away can be seen as a sign of weakness. Also, using their names before you speak by saying "Mr. Jones, what I think is..." can be effective in giving the interviewer a more personal touch. After the interview, don't forget to shake all the interviewers' hands and thank them for the opportunity. After you have gone home, it doesn't hurt to send your interviewers a thank you email indicating your gratitude for having been given this opportunity.
