Dr Affolter Show: The Win Win Revolution and Healthcare Reform

The basic concept is to cap government spending and grade what is left. The goal is a limited government (what the right wants) that helps the most people possible (what the left wants).
Dr Affolter presents Raddatz's ideas and applies the concepts to healthcare. The result is a healthcare discussion that moves us beyond the typical arguments between the extremes on the right and the left.
