June 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Homeless animals in Chester County have new hope today as a unique new fundraising partnership is announced between several local Chester County area restaurants and the Chester County SPCA.  Five notable Chester County restaurants – Barnaby’s of America, Brother’s Pizza & Pasta, Nonna’s Italian Restaurant, and Pietro’s Prime Steakhouse, all in West Chester and The Office Bar and Grille in Malvern – are each offering savings well over $250 in dining deals in a simple, easy to use “Dining Passbook” of savings.
