Matthew Williamson - Monaco Grand Prix Fashion Show

June 15, 2011 - PRLog -- To get the weekend started, the Amber Lounge held host to a charity event, headlined by a Matthew Williamson fashion show.

The show, enjoyed by the Formula 1 stars and their wives at the Le Méridien Hotel, featured a number of key pieces from the SS11 and PF11 collections, including the beautiful Sun Bleach Parachute Dress and the Painted Nature Habotai Asymmetric Maxi .

Speaking of the event Matthew said, “Monaco is the perfect setting to show my collection as it exudes refined glamour.  I’ve been looking forward to this event for some time and it really lived up to my expectations.”

About Matthew Williamson
Graduating from Central St Martins in June 1994 with a BA in Fashion Design and Printed Textiles, his first job following graduation was a freelance design project with Marni.

Matthew was then employed by British fashion company, Monsoon and Accessorize.
