June 13, 2011 - PRLog -- Philadelphia, PA - On June 14, 2011 at 5:30pm, best-selling author Tamara Gerlach will offer a free Radiant Body Stretch™ workshop at the Drexel University Recreation Center, 3301 Market Street, Philadelphia. Any merchandise sales made during the event will benefit the Make a Wish Foundation of Philadelphia.

The Radiant Body Stretch™ is a simple routine that requires no special equipment. It can ease the aches and pains associated with the stress and pressure of daily life, such as sitting at the computer for too many hours or loading laundry and carrying groceries. During the Radiant Body Stretch™ workshop, participants will learn a series of easy and fun-to-do stretches that benefit the whole body and can be done in just a few minutes per day.

Several of the benefits participants will enjoy are beautiful posture and alignment, increased blood circulation for more supple muscles, increased range of motion (flexibility), more coordination, improved balance, less chronic pain and tension, and more energy. Participants may also notice that they sleep better and have a beautiful, radiant smile on their faces.

The first 20 people to register will receive the Radiant Body Stretch™ DVD and a signed copy of Gerlach's book Cultivating Radiance. Additional copies may be purchased for $12 each, or just $20.00 for the DVD/book package. A portion of all sales will be donated to the Make a Wish Foundation of Philadelphia.
