The summit seeks set the platform for stakeholders in customer service delivery from both private and public sectors in Ghana, to share best practice and ideas in achieving a national culture of service excellence.

During the summit, participants will discuss the state of customer service in Ghana, challenges and the way forward towards the attainment of a national culture of service excellence, with special emphasis on the South East Asian experience.  
The summit shall also identify ideas and initiatives to put Ghana on the international map of customer service excellence.
