Twilight Features Presents Upper Room Art Gallery & Global Friends Short Films from Tim Gorski

June 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Ft. Lauderdale, FL:  This Short Film presentation is a rare opportunity to see a collection of the global images and inspirations that have motivated and propelled award winning Independent Filmmaker & environmental activist Tim Gorski.  Beautiful, vivid images of the streets of India & the Antarctica deep sea broadcast against the backdrop of downtown Ft. Lauderdale are sure to captivate and intrigue.  The scenes from the Sea Shepherd (of “Whale Wars” fame) are part of Tim’s experience documenting conservationists on the ocean.  Local Documentarian Gorski has an MFA in film from Miami University of Art & Design and has worked in film and television collecting 14 Best Documentary, 2 Best Cinematography, and 1 Telly Award.  Tim also has taught at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale.  
This work is truly an inspiration to all artists and creatives with big dreams and the passion to explore their art.  The 30 minute presentation will be looped and shown continuously for the duration of the event so attendees can also enjoy the gallery shows, pop up performances, and in store events at Art Walk Las Olas.  Admission is free for all to enjoy the open air so bring your picnic blanket if you’d like to lay under the stars.  Refreshments & seating will also be available.
