Upscale new home sales start soon at Aria at Bella Lago in Chula Vista

June 10, 2011 - PRLog -- San Diego builder Shea Homes has begun weekends-only previews of an upscale new home neighborhood in Chula Vista. Located on a high meadow overlooking Otay Lakes, just east of Rolling Hills Ranch, Aria at Bella Lago will have 46 residences spanning 3,084 to 3,969 square feet. Sales are expected to start in July, with pricing from the mid $500,000s. Phase 1 homes are located on a cul-de-sac street along an open canyon.

Construction of three model homes and a sales office is under way, with interiors by Design Line Interiors of Del Mar. Model homes are planned to be completed July 2 and a grand opening is scheduled for July 9.

Aria at Bella Lago will feature both single-story and two-story luxury homes with four to five bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 baths. Every home will have a three-car garage. Designed in Spanish, Italian and Hacienda architectural styles by Woodley Architectural Group of Santa Ana, the residences also will include outdoor rooms, bonus rooms, optional courtyards and balconies, per plan. All three Aria at Bella Lago floor plans have either a study or parlor.
