kSIX Becomes App-X's Second Social Exchange Client

June 8, 2011 - PRLog -- The Kenyan Social Investment Exchange (kSIX) agreed today to become App-X's second social exchange client and the first that will be adopting both the AIM and PULSE platforms.  AIM will be used to manage information on potential listing companies and on potential sources of capital.  PULSE will act as a due diligence tool for potential investors, providing up to date information on the performance of investments on the exchange.

App-X was founded in 2006 by Kevin Kelly and Joe McVicker.  At that time, Kevin was working as an outsourced CTO for what is now a $2 billion fund of funds in Chicago and he identified the need for a web-based, specifically-tailored solution for the front- to mid-office of Private Equity and Venture Capital fund managers and funds of funds.

Today, App-X has over 50 clients and nearly 800 individual users using AIM and PULSE.
