June 8, 2011 - PRLog -- The carefully curated range of vintage dresses, blouses, skirts and jackets spans from the 1930s through to the 1980s. We also have a small showcase of specially selected ‘future vintage’ pieces, contemporary classics, from the 1980s to present day, that will become the must-have collectibles of their time.

Fashion highlights include 1970s Lanvin geometric print Op Art dresses, a 1980s Chanel three-piece suit, an ivory 1964 Pierre Cardin ‘petal’ mini dress and a 1980s midnight blue silk Pucci blouse.

Summer 2011 trends are well represented in the Vintage Seekers fashion collection. Stride out in colour blocking with a red Christian Dior A-line summer dress, yellow Ossie Clarke crepe tea dress or acid green Courrèges belted dress.

Original 1960s versions of this summer’s ubiquitous patterned maxi dress can be found by Ossie Clark, Oscar de la Renta, Celia Birtwell and Richard Tam on Vintage Seekers.

Fashion classics aren’t neglected either: find little black dresses by Norman Hartnell, Frank Usher, Christian Dior and Givenchy – the latter being inspired by Audrey Hepburn’s iconic costume in Breakfast at Tiffany’s.

All the fashion items on Vintage Seekers are carefully vetted for authenticity and condition. Like the other categories of design and collectibles covered on the site, Vintage Seekers Fashion represents the very best of 20th century style.
