-- As Florida welcomes the upcoming summer tourism season, Taylor Morrison has designed a new incentive program to encourage seasonal visitors to purchase a new home while on vacation in paradise.
The “Fly and Buy” program offers up to $2,000 in reimbursed travel expenses to those who purchase a new Taylor Morrison home during their visit to West Florida. As an additional incentive, buyers may also receive 50% off designer options in their new home.
“Many people fall in love with Florida while vacationing here and decide they want to buy a home in the state so they can enjoy our beautiful weather and beaches on a regular basis,” said Cammie Longenécker, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Morrison West Florida. “Offering the Fly and Buy incentive is our way of encouraging potential buyers to take a closer look at our wonderful Taylor Morrison communities and the quality and value of our homes. The Florida lifestyle holds a lot of appeal to people who appreciate our sunny skies, casual attitude, and variety of shopping and entertainment venues.”
Some 24 Taylor Morrison communities are participating in the Fly and Buy program, with locations ranging from Tampa to Sarasota to Naples and Fort Myers. Prices range from elegant condominiums starting from the high $130s to single-family homes from the $150s. In order to qualify for this limited-time offer, buyers must travel a distance greater than 100 miles and be prepared to sign a contract by November 13, 2011.
