Berkhamsted Car Dealer Awarded Female Friendly Business Status

June 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Women drivers in Berkhamsted will enjoy a particularly warm welcome when they visit Roy Chapman Ltd as they have just been formally approved as the first female friendly garage in the area by FOXY Choice.

Roy Chapman is now part of a growing network of UK garages to sign a female friendly promise to ‘never overcharge, patronise or sell women services they don’t need or want.’ This commitment is then monitored by female feedback via the FOXY Choice website.

Sales Director, Justine Chapman, knows that many women feel ill at ease in today's male dominated garages and wanted women in Berkhamsted, and the surrounding areas, to know that Roy Chapman Ltd understands these concerns and has been doing things differently. “We have a large amount of female customers and they tell us that they like coming to us as we offer a friendly service to all and they don’t find it an intimidating experience when they walk through the door.”
