Nathan Accounting Group Races of the Cure with Family and Friends in Busnell Park

June 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Avon,CT - Nathan Accounting Group, located in Avon, CT, is dedicated to providing seamless accounting solutions to meet the acounting, tax, and payroll needs of its clients. This past weekend, the Nathan Accounting Group and friends came together to form the Nathan & Friends Team at the Susan G. Komen Race of the Cure located in the beautiful Bushnell Park in Hartford, CT.

The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure originated in 1982 as a global leader in the movement to save lives, empower people, care for all, and energize science to find the cure for Breast Cancer. 2011 marks the 18th year that the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure has paricipated in the Hartford area. Nathan & Friends joined more than 15,000 people on Saturday also dedicated to Susan G. Komen's cause.

This year marks the seventeenth time Nathan & Friends has participated in the Race for the Cure in CT. With the help of sponsors and donations, The Nathan & Friends team raised just shy of $7,000. It was a beautiful day on Saturday and a wonderful day to come together for such a great cause. We hope next year to continue our strong contribution!
