June 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Acupuncture and acupressure used to be esoteric. Now, such knowledge is freely available online at http://www.DIYacu.com and self-acu  is going mainstream.

For acupressure, all you need are a few free fingers and thumbs. Find all the acupoints you need at http://www.diyacu.com   The interactive Acuzoom tool is free and shows each point at the skin, muscle and skeletal levels.

For safe acupuncture,  use press tacks instead of needles. These small, plaster-backed tacks cost less than $10 for a box of 100 and are available online or eBay.

Finally, ask around and share your experiences. Why pay $50 to a stranger only for it not to work for you? Everybody is different so research others' experiences, try their recommended points, experiment and discover how your body responds.

Ready, aim, fire!
