French Restaurant New York City | Parisien Brasserie | Chef Table

French chef Phillipe Feret, has always wanted to own his own restaurant in New York City since the day he landed in new York. With his early start in French restaurants in Paris, he has learned from some of the best chefs in the capital of France.

Sept. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Our  New York French restaurant was born ten years ago, when our chef Phillipe always wanted to open a restaurant with the flair of a brasserie in New York city, build  from his own mind and hand. Ten years ago he took the challenge to self-teach himself wood carving, glass staining, plumbing, electricity, architecture and general construction and after ten years, guests are commenting about the art-deco interior  that Phillipe designed.

New York City has always been a source of inspiration for any artistic demand from food to architecture and Phillipe has understood the energy that new york city could give him to open a french restaurant in new york that really represents himself. From the stained glass behind the bar, to the chef table, the wine corner or the facade, Phillipe has manufactured every inch of decor from his own end.

For this 2011 winter chef Philippe Feret is offering new dishes like the pissaladiere,  the toasted goat brioche, the melted blue cheese over pear with arrugula and honey dressing.
