Synefra bagged the five star recognition in the category for Suzlon One Earth

June 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Pune, 30th May 2011: Leading Integrated Infrastructure Solutions’ provider Synefra Engineering & Construction Ltd – A Tanti Group Company, is honored at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Award 2011. Synefra bagged the five star recognition in the category of ‘Office Development’ for Suzlon One Earth here in Shanghai. It was further declared the Regional Winner in the Category and will be Asia’s official entry at the World Property Award scheduled to be held at London later this year and will compete against entries from Americas, Europe, Gulf, Africa and UK. One Earth is the first Indian project to reach the World nomination till date. This award re-instates the success and international recognition of the ‘One Earth’ Project conceptualized and managed by Synefra E &C Ltd.

The two day Property Summit event at Shanghai was attended by leading property professionals across Asia Pacific region. The judging panel chaired by Lord Bates of Langbaurgh, along with dignitaries like James Bacon, UK Account Manager of Google, Peter Bolton King, Group Chief Executive of the National Federation of Property professionals; David Dalby of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS); and Mike McNamara of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) were amongst 60 such experts and professionals from the industry.
Elated about winning yet another award for One Earth, Mr. JR Tanti, Managing Director, Synefra E&C who received the award at Shanghai said, “This award has achieved another milestone to the success of our ‘One Earth’ Project and has enabled us to establish a benchmark worldwide for green and sustainable infrastructure. The Asia Pacific Property Awards are globally headed by the International Property Awards, established 17 years ago and cover residential as well as commercial categories, in association with Bloomberg Television. This year Google has also joined hands in support of these awards.

One Earth Project is one of the largest green building projects in world in an area of 41,000 sq.mtr (10.13 acres) with a built up of over 8, 00,000 sq ft. This technologically advanced structure demonstrates a project governed by sustainable aspects for construction, interiors and operations.
