Hoffman Design Group TOBY, The Oscars of Building Management

Each year, the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) awards excellence in building management with winners recognized with a TOBY - the Oscars of building management.

Hoffman Design Group works with two prominent Philadelphia winners. Four Penn Center won the 500,000-999,000 square-feet category for tenant service, green initiatives, frequent tenant events and energy conservation. One Comcast Center won in the over 1 million square-feet category.
