Amateur fishing sensation and regional traveler to again be honored on the anniversary of his birth

June 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Starting on Saturday June 2nd, local hero Ben Haddon, aka Mr. Lifetime Fitness -Columbia, aka creator of the Hairninsula, aka inventor of the French Dart Trifecta, aka The Rhino’s Caretaker, aka Mr. I-Don’t-Enter-DC-Because it’s-Not-Safe-But-Not-in-the-Crime-Sense  will be honored as he is every year with a month long celebration of his much revered life.  As mentioned above, this party is expected to be roughly the same amount of fun as it was in previous years which for those who are unfamiliar, means it’s going to be an f-ing blast.  

In addition to the birthday recognitions, other reasons to celebrate Ben include: one of the largest foreheads in Montgomery County, the slowest pitch in slow pitch softball, the perfectly formed indentation in his recliner, and near Guiness Book of World Record length nipple hair.
 
Rumored to be present at this year’s events are: veggie burgers, bud lights, cheap sunglasses, too many buttons un-buttoned and too much hamburger showing through, at least 2 bare feet, an iPad, some oldies music, and ridiculous claims of feats of strength (with possible attempts to prove).

Ben was born in 1982 in Indianapolis, Indiana but after just 2 years of life, he decided to move his family to the east coast. Having been educated by Google and Wikipedia, Ben is considered one of the most intelligent regulars at Steamers. In between projects Ben can be found winning trivia competitions, feeding the fish that live inside his iPad, or drinking martinis by himself while playing Words with Friends and cursing his opponents who can’t pronounce or define 58 point words - in the recliner that he built himself at the age of 4.
