Aspire Announces New QuoteWerks Integration For Autotask

June 2, 2011 - PRLog -- ORLANDO, FL  — Aspire Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of sales quoting and proposal software solutions for the global small and mid-markets, announced today a new integration between QuoteWerks and Autotask, the cloud-based IT business management software. The new integration delivers a complete and seamless workflow solution from quote to procurement to invoice for VARs, MSPs and IT service providers who use both Autotask and QuoteWerks software.

The QuoteWerks-Autotask integration includes the essential workflow features that Autotask users need to be successful, starting with CRM integration that pulls customer information from the Autotask database into the QuoteWerks quote. This step alone reduces duplicate data entry and mistakes that can be created during the quoting process. The integration goes much further to streamline the entire sales process from the time the Autotask user creates a quote and sources items from their distributors, to the time the deal is closed and billed.

The QuoteWerks-Autotask integration includes the following features:

•   Automatic creation and updating of Autotask Opportunities
•   Automatic creation and updating of the Autotask Quote attached to the Autotask Opportunity
•   Auto-populating Autotask Quotes with all of the line-items from the QuoteWerks Quote including recurring revenue details
•   Automatic creation of a link to the QuoteWerks Quote in the Autotask Opportunity
•   Ability to search the Autotask Products and Services databases from within QuoteWerks.

The new integration taps directly into the Autotask API, replacing the older and less functional extension-based Autotask-to-QuoteWerks integration. The new integration was developed by Aspire Technologies, working in close cooperation with Autotask’s engineering team and directly with joint customers.
