The LEAP Program (Lifestyle, Eating and Performance)
Food sensitivities have been implicated in over 35 different health conditions and affect 20-30% of the American population. Some examples include:
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Migraine and other headaches
Food sensitivities are much more common than food allergies. In a true food allergy, the immune system produces antibodies and histamine in response to the specific food, according to the National Library of Medicine. The subsequent symptoms include itching, wheezing, cramping, swelling and anaphylactic shock - which can occur within minutes and result in death. Food sensitivities produce delayed reactions — from a few hours to several days.
Tracy looks forward to helping more clients with these health problems and encourages you to contact her for an introductory session to assess whether this program is appropriate for your health concerns.
