By: GRAPA Media “The navigation [of the new website] makes it much easier for students to access information. My favorite section, though, is the new alumni page, I am glad we are able to showcase the great work done by our Certified students,” says Louis Khor, GRAPA’s Director of Research and the lead Instructor for the Telecom Fraud Academy. The new TFA website links to information about course options to provide telecoms fraud professionals with specialized training based on GRAPA standards. The TFA has integrated two new training programs: The 1-day Telecoms Fraud Executive Overview and the 3-day Telecom Fraud Quick-Start to its course offerings. The dates and locations of these, and other upcoming training events, along with course offerings and tuition information, are posted on the events calendar. Testimonials and photos of TFA graduates can be found under the alumni tab. Such training is useful for Fraud Management System (FMS) Analysts, Fraud Investigators, Internal Auditors, Network Security, IT Security, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Fraud and Revenue Assurance Teams.
