Pixie and Punk Launch First Ever Summer Range

June 1, 2011 - PRLog -- TWICKENHAM, England: Pixie and Punk launch their first summer range, featuring gorgeously soft stripy t-shirts and bright bold t-shirts in heavier high quality bio-polish cotton.
The collection consists of two head-line all stripy soft cotton short sleeved t-shirts, one pink and cherry with a Rufus in the pocket and one sky blue with green details with Eric Boyle in the pocket; two other styles are in classic Pixie and Punk bio-polish cotton in vibrant sky blue with either white stripes or cherry stripes; the final design is a classic royal blue boys t-shirts with cherry highlights. Each comes with a character accessory in the pocket. The collection comes with Pixie and Punk’s lovely signature cotton bag featuring Rufus T Bear or Eric Boyle the Crocodile on them.  The new t-shirts come in sizes 3-7 years and whilst the pink and cherry soft cotton t-shirt is obviously girly, the one royal blue with cherry highlights is obviously boyish and the rest of the range are unisex.
The collection is designed in England by the brand’s creator, Tagore Ramoutar, and manufactured in Turkey. They are made from 100% Turkish cotton, the quality is “Rich Cotton” with a special finish called “biopolish”. The “biopolish” finish makes the fabric surface clean (without any pilling) and soft, it improves the durability of the product, reducing fabric damage caused by washing. The natural elasticity of the Rich Cotton fabric helps your child move inside the garment freely and the fabric comes back to its original after many pulls.
The pocket character accessories are hand-made using soft washable fleece, they are designed to be child hand-sized plus fit in the t-shirt pocket and are secured by a button. Each t-shirt has a character accessory either Eric Boyle the Crocodile and Rufus T Bear, and the same character is on the bag.
The characters are also featured in photo story books. The books fit in the bag and make the gift even more special. The Gift Pack with book is available for RRP £25.00, without the book for RRP £18.99.
The new short sleeve collection in a Cotton Bag is the perfect introductory product for independent retailers, requiring the retailer to stock only one SKU.  The t-shirts generate a great reaction with customers and are the usual lovely quality. The t-shirts are a great gift product, targeting retailer’s core customer profile of mothers and gifting grand-parents.
