The Boulder Group Sells Single Tenant Save-A-Lot Property in Chicago

May 31, 2011 - PRLog -- The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm, has completed the sale of a single tenant net leased Save-A-Lot property located at 63rd and South Calumet Avenue in Chicago for $2,290,000. The 16,290 square foot building is fully leased to Save-A-Lot on a long term basis.

Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller, a Chicago based developer. The purchaser was a private high net worth investor from New Jersey.
