Automotive Magic Sponsors Car Giveaway to Local Recipient

May 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Kenvil, NJ– (May 30, 2011) –Automotive Magic in Kenvil, is giving away a dependable, 2003 Chrysler 300 to a needy individual from the area.  

Those in need of a reliable vehicle may be nominated by submitting an essay to Automotive Magic at servicedept@automotivemagic.com by June 15. Include the person’s name, contact information and a summary of why this person would benefit from a new vehicle. Each submission will be reviewed and the winner will be announced in July at their Annual Customer Appreciation Event.

Shawn Gilfillan, Automotive Magic’s owner and operator purchased the car in need of repairs last year.  He and his crew worked to replace the engine and refurbish the vehicle.  “We put it all back together and it has a new heart,” says Gilfillan.  It is ready and waiting for the new owner.

Gilfillan joined efforts with car dealers across the country.  Now more than 30+ dealers have singed up to give away a car to a needy family.  All cars will be given away at the same time.

Automotive Magic has been in business since 2003 in Roxbury.  Mr. Gilfillan moved his shop to a larger location when he outgrew his old shop in November 2010.  He now operates a full service auto repair facility in Kenvil open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.  Gilfillan’s service is known by his clients as the best in the area.  His belief is that ‘education is key’ to helping them maintain their vehicles.  Automotive Magic technicians are sent for continuing education so they can be the best in the business.
