 Social enterprise; I’mPOSSIBLE. gives a unique platform for women of colour in Britain to highlight their achievements and digitally connect their ideas and opinions

The I’mPOSSIBLE. conversation. powered by MIZANI is a series of intimate events which bring various British women of colour together to share their stories on how they became POSSIBLE. A cross between the TV programme; ‘Inside the Actor’s Studio’ and Oprah’s Legend’s Luncheon; the audience poses questions to the panel via the host and an exhilarating experience of learning, sharing and listening happens; in order to find solutions to life’s quirks on their own terms.

Taking place on Wednesday June 15, 6:15pm at the B.Hive the UK PR guru, Lynne Franks’ female business lounge; the event will be hosted by Eastenders resident funny woman; Tameka Empson (Kim Fox). A five-strong panel, including art critic and author Bonnie Greer OBE, most recognised for her appearance in 2009 on BBCs Question Time opposing BNP leader Nick Griffin, Angie LeMar legendary comedienne and playwright, Charlene White; ITN newsreader and journalist, Precious Williams author of ‘Precious: A True Story’ and Angela Ferreira; ex-Channel 4 daytime TV commissioner.

L’Oreal’s global premium afro hair care range; Mizani is a proud partner of the event. First launched in the US in 1991, it was acquired by L’Oréal ten years later and its products benefit from the research carried out at the first and only, multi-million pound L’Oréal Institute for Ethnic Hair & Skin Research, located in Chicago. Because of this; Mizani found a natural association with I’mPOSSIBLE. and its values.

Simone Bresi-Ando, founder of I’mPOSSIBLE said: “The I’mPOSSIBLE. conversation is a groundbreaking event for the UK and women of colour as it puts their stories, unabridged, into the public domain in a way that’s empowering and inspiring.
