May 27, 2011 - PRLog -- With their "Give me Five" plan, L.R.Caldwell International, inc offered their sales staff  the opportunity to continue drawing commission even after leaving the company.
Now they have gone where other companies would cringe at the very thought.
Now, when a salesman/woman completes their term under the "Give me Five" policy, the benefits include a death  clause.
In the event the salesman/woman should die, his/her family would continue receiving the same benefits as agreed to with the deceased.
The salesman/woman simply appoints a beneficiary to the "Give me Five" contract after all conditions have been met.

"The loss of a loved one is something we all face at some point. It is within our ability to ease the financial difficulties  to some extent by adding this to our current plan."

We hope other businesses will begin to follow suit and see the value their sales people bring to their business.

As the company continues to profit from the salesman/woman's efforts, so should their families.
