Gothic Cabinet Craft Partners with Artist Peter KephartGothic Cabinet Craft recently partnered with renowned artist Peter Kephart for his latest New York show.
Peter Kephart approached Gothic Cabinet Craft about providing furniture for his two and a half week-long exhibit. Gothic Cabinet Craft was happy to assist the artist, and in exchange Peter Kephart agreed to have some of his paintings exhibited in two of Gothic Cabinet Craft’s NYC store locations for next three months, with the stores serving as temporary galleries. Gothic Cabinet Craft lent a total of 22 tables and chairs to Peter Kephart’s show. “We were more than willing to work with Peter Kephart,” says Aristidis Zaharopoulos, President of Gothic Cabinet Craft, Inc. “It was great to get involved with such a creative and talented artist. I am proud that Gothic Cabinet Craft was able to contribute to his show and am very excited that several of our stores will get to host his work.” Peter Kephart, using his own proprietary technique, paints astonishing landscapes and abstract landscapes on paper over a bonfire to create compelling landscape imagery unlike anything ever seen before. The exhibit of 40 Firepaintings, entitled The Unforgettable Fireworks of Peter Kephart, was on display in New York City from April 21st through May 6th.
